Having six pack abs is something that just about every guy wants and each girl too. Girls love to see six pack abs on men and they themselves want to have a slightly toned down version of six pack abs. Let’s face it, a sleek strong core and stomach is attractive to both sexes.
Making an attempt to get six pack abs is another issue all together. to get six pack abs you must do 2 things :
A) Lose the weight that is sitting on top of your abdominal muscles B) brace your abs

1. Take enzymes during each meal.

4. Don’t eat late.

5. Drink lots of fresh spring water.
